WHERE WE WORK

Live events take place in an extraordinary variety of environments. One week a project may be delivered inside a major convention centre, the next within a temporary structure built in the desert, alongside a waterfront or across a historic public space. Successful delivery depends on more than proximity—it relies on experienced teams, specialist resources and the ability to mobilise efficiently wherever a project takes place.

Every location presents its own opportunities and challenges. Some projects take place inside world-renowned convention centres, while others are built from the ground up on remote sites with no existing event infrastructure. Over the years, Evolution has supported live experiences in city centres, heritage destinations, waterfronts, sporting venues, exhibition halls, beaches, islands, deserts and temporary event sites across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider GCC.


Delivering successful events is about understanding the location as much as the production itself. Climate, access, logistics, power, venue regulations, audience movement and local authority requirements all influence how projects are planned and delivered. Our experience across such a diverse range of environments allows specialist teams to adapt confidently, wherever the next project takes place.

Supporting live experiences across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider GCC and selected international locations involves far more than transporting equipment from one location to another. Every destination presents its own operational, logistical and regulatory requirements, from venue access and authority approvals to transport planning, temporary infrastructure, power distribution and site safety.


Our project teams work closely with clients, venues, government authorities, production partners and local suppliers to coordinate the practical elements that keep projects moving. Depending on the scope, this may include event permits, venue technical submissions, risk assessments, method statements, traffic management planning, crowd management strategies, logistics scheduling, customs coordination, health and safety documentation and environmental management.


Whether delivering inside an established convention centre or building a temporary event environment from the ground up, our focus remains the same: careful planning, professional execution and reliable delivery that allows clients to concentrate on the experience itself.

Where does Evolution deliver events?

Do you only work in Riyadh?

No. While our primary operational facilities are located in Riyadh and Dubai, our teams regularly mobilise across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, as well as to locations worldwide, delivering projects wherever our clients require specialist event expertise.

Can Evolution support events in remote locations?

Yes. Projects such as the Al Ula Camel Cup and E1 Jeddah demonstrate our ability to create and operate large-scale temporary event environments in remote locations. Our specialist teams coordinate the temporary infrastructure, logistics and operational planning required for deserts, beaches, islands, heritage sites and other non-traditional venues.

Do you provide event services across Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Evolution delivers projects throughout Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, AlUla, Diriyah, Dammam and NEOM, with previous work including Diriyah Oasis and E1 in Jeddah.

Can you support events across multiple GCC countries?

Yes. For Beast Land at Boulevard City in Riyadh, Evolution designed and delivered a temporary event venue capable of supporting thousands of guests throughout a two-month operational period.

Can Evolution help with event permits and authority approvals?

Yes. Depending on the project scope, our teams can assist with authority coordination, venue requirements, technical submissions, risk assessments, method statements and other documentation required for successful event delivery.

Do you work with government clients?

Yes. Evolution has the necessary licensing and extensive experience supporting government events, national celebrations, official ceremonies, conferences, cultural programmes and public events.

Can you support international event projects?

Yes. While our primary focus is Saudi Arabia and the GCC, Evolution also supports selected international projects where clients require our specialist expertise.

How far will Evolution travel for a project?

Distance is rarely the deciding factor, with projects delivered across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt. Projects such as Layali Ramadan at Six Flags Qiddiya City required coordinated delivery within a large venue that remained operational throughout the event programme.
